- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
- The balance is payable either via EFT 24 hours prior to the activity or in cash on the day of the activity.
- We do not have a card machine on site.
- Paddle Power gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be redeemed at the restaurant or against any Paddle Power activity.

All clients entering Paddle Power property are required to sign our indemnity form before participating in any activity on land or river or while in transit to launch sites or on land and river where we have access.
Weather and River Conditions
a. If the weather is unsuitable for the activity to take place or the river is dangerously in flood, we will do our best to notify you in advance and re-schedule to a mutually agreeable date.
b. It is sometimes not possible to determine the safety of the river as the condition changes within a couple of hours of rain. If the river guides deem it not safe, we will re-schedule to a future date.
c. The rock jump is dependent on the level of the river and will only be allowed if determined as safe by the river guides.
Food and Drink
a. You may only bring your own food and drink onto the property if you have booked a picnic site or are camping.
b. Own food and drink may only be consumed within designated picnic and camping areas.
c. No eating or drinking in the parking lot or other public areas.
d. If you purchase food or drinks from the restaurant they must be consumed within the restaurant area or at your designated picnic/camping site
e. Consumption of alcohol prior to, or during any adventurous activity is strictly forbidden. Clients who are deemed by the adventure guides to be inebriated will be excluded from activities and no refunds will be given.
What to bring / wear when participating in Paddle Power Activities
b. Whatever goes on the river will get wet.
i. Wear old clothes, shorts, T-Shirts, Costumes, not Jeans,
ii. Closed takkies or river shoes, no socks
iii. Caps that can fit under helmets
c. We can take a limited number of cell phones for taking pictures which we put into the river guides dry boxes and dry bags.
d. You can bring cigarettes, extra water and Go-Pro cameras. We provide ice lollies at the half way stop.
e. We lock your keys away while you are on your rafting trip. All other valuables must be locked in your vehicles.
f. Remove jewellery / watches etc which may get lost on the river.
g. Ensure your glasses are secure.
h. Bring a towel and change of clothing. We provide a hose to wash off the river mud etc and we have cold showers in our ablutions.
a. We are located at the T-Junction of the R512 (Malibongwe Road coming from Randburg) and the R104 (Pelindaba Road which passes NECSA).
b. There is a SASOL garage at the T-Junction and directly opposite the garage is a farm stall. To the right of the farm stall is a dirt road with signs for Paddle Power and The Beach House Restaurant.
